Chelsea came to me all the way from Tennessee! Her and her fiancé flew in together and spent the weekend exploring Oklahoma City area! I was so excited to see her again! I had once done her boudoir photoshoot in the Chicago area a few years prior!
Why did you choose Ellie for your session?
My sister had a boudoir session with Ellie several years ago and the images were stunning. I knew that if I ever had a session of my own, Ellie would be the one to photograph it – FOR SURE! Her style is the perfect blend and gives just the right amount of sexy!
What made you decide to take the leap of faith and do a boudoir session?
Getting married this summer and wanted the perfect gift for my soon to be husband.
Were you nervous before the shoot and if so, what were you most nervous about?
Not nervous, mostly just excited! Ellie photographed a boudoir session for me 7 years ago for my first marriage. She made me feel so comfortable that I never thought twice about nerves or being nearly naked at times in front of her. She makes it so easy!
Did you become comfortable after the session started?
Yes! Ellie is great to show you how to pose and what to do with your body, all the way down to your pointed toes!
What was your favorite part of the experience and why?
Ellie made sure to capture every shot or idea that I came to her with. I had several ideas from Pinterest and she was patient and worked to recreate them. To be honest, I actually love my images MORE than the ones from Pinterest – they turned out so well!
How did you feel during the session?
Confident and sexy
Describe how you felt when you saw your images for the first time.
I was sitting at work looking at them for the first time on my phone. My co-worker, who knew I had the photos taken, walked in and asked why I was so red! I told her I was looking at my pictures for the first time and I was possibly turned on a bit by my own images! I was just so proud of myself and the confidence that I could see coming through.
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session, because they are too shy, nervous… etc?
Step out of your comfort zone. Once you see those images, you will regret not having them done sooner! Not only for your significant other as a unique gift, but just for yourself!
